Thrive 5+
There are many ways to foster and maintain good mental health, and research consistently points to five ways that can help promote a healthy mind. We call these the Thrive 5, and they are simple, easy-to-implement ways to help support your mental health.
But there are many other ways to foster and maintain mental health—it is very diverse, and what works for some may not work for others. That's why we encourage you to explore the "Thrive 5+" and use Thrive as an opportunity to explore your path to mental health—whatever that may look like!
Mental Health & Climate Change
At UBC Vancouver, the UBC Sustainability Hub builds on UBC's sustainability leadership record, and works to reinforce the University's goals to inspire action for a better world. They offer a variety of information to connect community members with resources that intersect mental health, wellbeing, and climate change, including:
