Educating and informing the UBC community about wellbeing is core to ensuring that we all live, work and learn well.
Here you will find a sample list of educational resources and workshops available at UBC to help facilitate conversations, increase awareness and understanding of wellbeing on our campuses and support community members with the tools they need to respond to important issues that arise.
These workshops are provided through a number of wellbeing champions including:
- Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology (CTLT)
- Equity and Inclusion
- Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies
- Health Promotion and Education
- UBC HR
They are offered on an ongoing basis. Workshops are continually updated, so be sure to check departmental websites for a more comprehensive and updated list.
HR's Health, Wellbeing, and Benefits team is available to provide informative presentations regarding mental health resources and support on and off campus.
