Thrive 5+ Scavify Challenge

Vancouver Campus | 8:00am–8:00am

Explore the ways to foster and maintain your mental health with the Thrive 5+ Challenge!

What helps support your mental health during challenging times? Is it moving more? Preparing a tasty meal? Maybe it's playing an instrument, or drawing, or just taking time for mindful moments.

The Thrive 5+ Challenge invites you to try different ways to support your mental health throughout Thrive month and beyond, and find the ones that make you feel good. Mental health is different for everyone, and so are ways to foster and maintain it. You'll have the chance to win great prizes as you work your way through this self-paced challenge.
