Zoom Yoga


Virtual Campus | 2:00pm–3:00pm

Join us for yoga, in the comfort of your own space! Instructor Lisa Montesi will start with a short piece that focuses on mindfullness and breath work. Then she will lead us through a yoga practice that will leave you calm yet energized. The session will take place via Zoom, email Jennifer.Suratos@ubc.ca to sign up.
