Yoga and Meditation Tools for Stress and Anxiety

Join the UBCO Yoga Club for a workshop on Yoga and Meditation Tools for Stress and Anxiety. You will learn all the tools you need to use yoga and meditation to help you deal with and cope with stress and anxiety.
Doors open at 5pm for tea and snacks.
Workshop is from 5:30-6:30pm in UNC 200.
