The Working Mind for Leaders

Okanagan Campus | 8:30am–4:30pm

The Working Mind for People Leaders – only available for UBCO Managers and Supervisors

The Working Mind (TWM) is an evidence-based program designed to promote mental health and reduce the stigma around mental illness in the workplace. By reducing stigma and discrimination, TWM helps organizations create a culture that fosters greater awareness and support for mental health among employees, managers, and employers. Managers, supervisors, and team leads have a special role in any organization. This is in-person training, on campus room SCI 333.  There is limited space so be sure to sign up soon! Learn more and register here: https://hr.ok.ubc.ca/events/

Facilitated by Amanda Swoboda, Workplace Health and Wellbeing Services Human Resources
