Wellbeing Wednesday – EXERCISE!


Vancouver Campus | 12:30pm–2:00pm

Join Anna Kline, Student Wellbeing Counsellor in the Lew Forum from 12.30-2pm where students can sit for a few minutes and chat about wellbeing, maybe have a massage, and pick up some wellbeing strategies and promotion items. 

Guest: Joining Anna today is Alyssa Reyes, UBC Athletics and Recreation. Come and have all your exercise questions answered!
