Walking is a convenient, accessible, and free way to improve your health, reduce stress, and make connections with the community and nature. Join the Move U Crew every Thursday at 11:30 for a free 45 minute guided walk! Open to everyone.
What to bring: Yourself! We suggest a comfortable pair of walking shoes, weather-appropriate attire, and a water bottle.
