Walk, Run, Thrive


Okanagan Campus | 11:30am–12:30pm

The Walk, Run, Thrive event is open to everyone on campus with the goal of bringing people together to MOVE for both physical and mental wellbeing.  A 3 and 5 km route will be available and marked with course marshalls.  The event is also an initaitive of the new "Run For It" running and mental health program that has been meeting twice a week all fall and participants have been gearting up for this fun event!!  The Running Room is helping us organize the run so come and enjoy Thriving with your campus community. .  .MOVE and enjoy some prizes and snacks too.

Walk/run will either start in front of UNC on road or in the central courtyard by the pond in front of ADM.  The run route will go around the rouds and sidewalks of campus.
