Virtual: Introduction to Ayurveda with Navi Gill
Okanagan Campus | 12:00pm–1:00pm
Over the course of the last two years many of us have been experiencing increased stress, anxiety, difficulty focusing, having clarity of mind and energy, so as we integrate into a new way of life it’s important to have a supportive daily routine.
In this Introduction to Ayurveda you will gain a deeper understanding of Ayurveda’s 5 element theory and how it impacts our daily life when the elements are out of balance. You will learn practical daily self care techniques from ancient Ayurveda to increase longevity and prevent disease along with a guided pranayam (breathwork) and meditation practice to help you find more ease and ground throughout the day.
Date and time: November 4, 2021 12-1pm.
