Understanding Stress and the Stress Response

Stress is a part of the human experience. Everyone experiences stressful situations that can elicit the stress response, however, not all stress is bad. Learning how to respond to a stressful situation in a proactive way can help you become more resilient.
In this workshop you will: Develop an undersanding of Mental Health Literacy. Understand the stress response. Develop coping strategies to respond to the stress response.
