UBC's Largest Spin Class

Vancouver Campus | 11:30am–1:00pm

UBC Recreation and Thrive are collaborating to kick-off Thrive 2019 with UBC’s Largest Spin Class!

In partnership with Ride Cycle Club and Saje Wellness, make your lunch break a little difference! Be prepared to move like no one is watching.

Come check-out this FREE intro to spin where it is all about getting moving and having fun! In addition to spin classes, there will also be many activities outside of spin for those who are not comfortable getting on a bike.
