Fueling up with nourishing foods is good for both your body and mind. Need some inspiration? For the entire month of November, swing by the UBC Wellness Centre to pick up healthy, budget-friendly recipes to meet all your thriving needs. Chat with a Wellness Peer about their favourite healthy eating spots on campus and pick up some tips and resources so you can eat well and live well during exam season!
