We are helping students THRIVE by hosting a free virtual cooking skills workshop. Fuelling your body with nutritious food can help support better mental health. Come build your confidence in the kitchen, learn new skills, tips and tricks on how to create a nutritious and budget-friendly meal (mac and cheese!). We provide the ingredients for free and you follow along from your own kitchen over Zoom.
Registration and food package pick-up in Picnic (UNC 122) on November 24th, 2022 between 2-5pm. Zoom link to be provided upon registration. First come, first serve.
