THRIVE with Daniela Dib

UBC Recreation and UBC Wellbeing are collaborating to end Thrive month with a big celebration! On Monday November 30th, 12-1pm, we will be offering a free DibFit fitness class at the Student Recreation Centre, featuring motivational fitness professional, Daniela Dib (@danieladibfitness) and DJ Icy Touch. This fun fitness class will be a great way to take a break from your busy day to listen to some great music, get active, and boost your mood! Registration is open to everyone, regardless of ability or fitness level!

Advanced registration is required. Registration closes November 27th, 12:00 pm. For registration,  information on what to bring, and outlined COVID 19 precautions, visit the event page:
