Student Leaders Thrive: Live Well to Lead Well Workshop
Vancouver Campus | 5:00pm–6:00pm
Student leaders are often important role models for their fellow students, and prioritizing your personal wellbeing is fundamental to assisting and supporting others. If you're a student in a leadership position, join the Wellness Peers as they guide you to reflect on your own wellness to empower you to be role models for student wellbeing.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
- Recognize your own personal wellness needs
- Relate the concept of wellness to more effective leadership
- Role-model wellness as a student leader
- Identify and apply strategies to support the wellness of yourself and others
Date & Time: Thursday November 21st, 5-6pm
Location: Room 1504 in the UBC Life Building (6138 Student Union Boulevard)
