An experiential workshop facilitated by Sonya Thomlinson, Certified Yoga Therapist on Wednesday, November 30th @ 4:30 - 5:30pm

Too tired to rest? Explore the power of deep rest through a guided relaxation and meditation experience.
This workshop is especially beneficial for those studying for exams, undergoing major changes, experiencing anxiety and stress or for pain management.
The benefits of deep rest include:
- reduction of tension and overall stress
- deep state of relaxation
- clear negative thoughts, emotions and habits
- improve sleep and reduce insomnia
- enhance memory and learning capacity
- awaken creativity and inspiration
In order to gain maximum benefit from the session, we ask that you join from a warm, comfortable and private space where you can lie down for the relaxation portion of the session (you can use a yoga mat, scarf, a pillow, blankets or a jacket and anything else that will help you unwind).
We look forward to resting together. You are welcome to keep your cameras off during this session.
