Relax, Craft and Eat Snacks


Vancouver Campus | 12:00pm–5:00pm

Are you feeling the effects of the lengthy midterm season? Feeling a little burnt out and looking for ways to re-energize before finals? This is the event for you; the UBC Science Undergraduate Society: Mental Health Advocacy Group is hosting an easy and relaxing event that allows you to de-compress and de-stress between classes and an opportunity to reconnect with your friends. You may find yourself feeling stressed from your midterm results or uncertain how to upkeep your motivations for the upcoming finals season and just needing a catalyst to spark that. This chill, time insensitive and fun event will give you a new sense of purpose that is necessary to push through the latter half of the midterms and into the exam seasons. Activities we are offering: Positivity and encouragement card making, origami figures and creating a personalized to-do list; that further promotes self-motivation, sense of belonging in the greater UBC community and encouraging wellness and maintaining good mental health.
