Academic wellbeing is intrinsically linked to overall physical and mental health, but what does looking academic wellness look like? Join the Arts Peer & Arts Indigenous Peer Advisors to discuss academic wellbeing topics like managing your course load, navigating degree requirements, and leveraging academic wellness resources like Arts Academic Advising and Arts Indigenous Student Advising. This virtual event will also feature personal tips and insights from the Peers on how to balance academics with mental wellbeing, and include Laura Harvey, UBC Art's Embedded Counsellor. This event is intended for undergraduate students in the UBC Vancouver Faculty of Arts.
