Every Friday, campus community members can drop in, and make some art, play with textured stress toys, or practice guided meditations/ yoga nidra with Alli! Art supplies include play dough, teeny tiny canvases, mandala-themed colouring books, paints, markers, crayons and coloured pencils. Lights will be dimmed, and relaxing music will be played!
