Join the Office of Wellbeing Strategy and UBC student Cassandra Kell-Cattrysse for a movement class in support of your mental health and wellbeing!
This event includes a 30-minute pilates class followed by an optional 30-minute social to connect with your peers and colleagues over hot drinks.
Whether you're a pilates pro or looking to try something new, this workshop is a chance to connect with your peers and colleagues, unwind and enjoy a relaxing, screen-free break focused on enhancing your wellbeing through movement.

Please try to arrive no later than 12:35 pm, as the class will run from 12:35 pm to 1:05 pm. We also ask that you bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle. Hot drinks and refreshments will be provided after the class. This event is free and open to all members of the UBC community as part of UBC's annual Thrive month in support of mental health. Space is limited so RSVP is required and your attendance will be confirmed with an email to follow.
