November is UBC Thrive month in support of mental health

November 1, 2023

Thrive is a series of events and activities focused on building a culture of wellbeing and supporting the mental health journeys of UBC students, faculty, and staff. This campaign – now in its 13th year -- aims to promote mental health literacy, build healthy habits, and foster a supportive and inclusive campus environment. Our focus as a UBC community on mental health is not just a month on the calendar; it's a commitment to prioritize and enhance our overall wellbeing year-round.

Looking for ways to engage with this year's Thrive campaign? Visit November's Healthy UBC newsletter for a summary of signature events, resources, and more to help the UBC Community explore ways to support our mental health and wellbeing together.
