Ergo Your Posture


Vancouver Campus | 10:00am–10:15am

Join us Wednesdays at 10 am for zoom live Ergo Your Posture sessions. We will go through a set of light exercises that you can do at your desk. Allan McGavin Physio developed these exercises at UBC. They selected these exercises to target some of the common postural concerns that they see in their clinic, particularly related to office work but suitable for anyone.
