Yoga Town Thrive Fest!

Feeling scattered? frustrated? Looking for a sense of belonging? connection?

We know. The world we see and live on today can be a scary place, and mental health is one of the most important issues we face. We are so lucky to be part of a community that passionately cares about the wellbeing of their fellow people. 

Come join us at this special collab yoga party brought to you by Blissed Out Yoga (guided by Vannia Flores), UBC Yoga Club and Minivillage - organizations passionate about gathering people together to embrace their communities and thrive as one. 

This is a celebration to honour and raise awareness about mental health efforts. If you're looking to boost your energy, connect to yourself a little deeper, warm up during the cold winter days, connect with like minded people and move towards your irrestisteble center through movement, meditation and intentional group movement. Come just as you are - bring your yoga mat, blanket, journal, tea/kombucha and your wonderful self.
