Flowing with Creation Yoga


Okanagan Campus | 12:00pm–12:45pm

In partnership with the Wellness Centre, UBC Rec will be hosting a yoga class on Thursday, November 18 at 12pm! The class will be held via Zoom and led by instructor Jessica Barudin.

Jessica will lead a slow, gentle vinyasa yoga practice and moving meditation to support balance and creativity. Participants must pre-register below to receive the zoom link. Click here for more information about the Indigenous Wellbeing Series.
