Instagram vs. Reality

Okanagan Campus | 5:30pm–7:00pm

**For students living in Student Housing**

Join us for a presentation about our perceptions of the ‘ideal’ body, as we look at where these come from, how they impact us, and what we can do to challenge them. There will be opportunities to ask questions, as well as learn about related resources.

Tuesday, November 9th
5:30-7:00pm
Online (Zoom) – optional to have camera on.

To register: https://ubc.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eWDnC3tlhfAYiDs

This workshop will be delivered by Carmen Kaufmann, an ACE-certified personal trainer and Sports Nutritionist. The presentation is in honour of Jessie’s Legacy, which is a Provincial prevention program that promotes education and understanding of disordered eating and  eating disorders
