Mental Health Moment: Physical Activity and Mental Health

Join UBC Mental Health Nurses, for a discussion about how physical activity can support your mental health. The session will include vital information, the chance to speak with nurses about exercise, and a short skill-builder facilitated by Peer Health Educators. As a participant, you are welcome to listen and learn, or ask questions, depending on how you would like join! All students are welcome.
