Nechako Building

The Mental Health Awareness and Advocacy Club (MHAAC) is hosting a Q&A walk-by booth session on November 28th at the Nechako Building. We'll be answering any questions about mental health. Some examples could be: What is therapy? What are some ways I can manage my stress? What are some resources I can reach out to? "I heard *this* about mental health, is that true?" Our goal is to spread awareness about mental health to anyone who is curious to know more. Note: we are unable to give therapeutic advice (but can definitely point you in the right direction of where to seek out mental health services)

There is no need to register! Just drop by anytime between 11am to 3pm!
