Lunch + Lift: Recovery and Rehabilitation

Lunch & Lift is a series of free 2-in-1 interactive wellbeing workshops consisting of a 30-minute movement class, followed by a 30-minute interactive wellbeing session facilitated by a UBC wellbeing professional. Learn about why recovery and rehabilitation can be beneficial to your health and performance with a Thunderbirds Strength & Conditioning Coach! By the end of this session, you will be able to apply strategies to re-energize your body post-exercise in time for your next workout.

Prerequisites: No prior experience or knowledge is necessary.
Required Equipment: No equipment is required, however you may want to have a yoga mat or towel to work on for the fitness portion.
