Lunch and Lift: Thrive Edition
Vancouver Campus | 12:00pm–1:00pm
In celebration of Thrive month, UBC Rec is hosting a special edition Lunch + Lift!
This session will consist of a 30-minute bootcamp class led by UBC Recreation Instructor, Pixie, followed by a 30-minute wellbeing session featuring UBC Residence Counsellors Freeman Woolnough and Karen Moss.
This wellbeing session will cover the connection between mental and physical health, specifically when our mental health is indicating for us to 'activate' the body vs. when it is indicating for us to 'calm' the body and will leave you with some great ways to foster positive mental health.
Prizing:
All registered participants in attendance during the session will be entered in a draw to WIN one of two $25 gift cards to your choice of one of the following: UBC Bookstore, Lululemon, Indigo Books and Music, or the Cactus Club.
