Join us for an engaging workshop at UBC Okanagan on Monday, November 25th at 6pm! The theme is "Is it me, or is it oppression?": an Intersectional Approaches to Mental Health." This event is organized by the Equity and Inclusion Office in collaboration with the Intercultural Development Program, this interactive workshop will be facilitated by Florence Ng, a Master of Social Work student, who will guide participants through exploring the connections between mental health and intersectionality. Our effort will be to create a safe ain inclusive space, where Florence will lead meaningful discussions and activities to help students (undergrad and grad) build practical skills for mental well-being.
