I like to Move it Move it, is a drop-in sports event open to all Vantage College students.  We will be playing badminton, basketball and dodgeball with Vantage staff and faculty to encourage an active lifestyle and personal wellbeing. This is a great opportunity to connect while playing games and sports. De-stress, engage with your community, boost your motivation and improve your health and wellbeing!  We will also be providing healthy snacks like apples, granola bars, and fruit juice!
