Are you new to movement? Are you looking for ways to make movement into your daily routine? Are you hoping to learn more about movement, sleep, and mindfulness? If so, then join our challenge! For the month of November, we will focus on moving more, getting good quality sleep, and practicing mindfulness! This challenge will teach you about the Canadian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines, and provide tips on how to integrate movement, sleep, and mindfulness more easily into your daily routines. On this self-discovery journey, the ultimate goal is to help you to explore ways to move and practice mindfulness that you enjoy.
