UBC Botanical Garden

Join us for a walking tour in the beautiful UBC Botanical Garden to learn about how gardens are adapting to climate change and making long-term decisions to support trees, plants, and biodiversity. With hands-on activities, participants will learn about strategies and approaches for protecting nature in a changing climate.

This event is outdoors and will proceed rain or shine – please dress for the weather and wear closed-toed shoes!

Your guides: Dr. Tara Moreau, Associate Director of Sustainability and Community Programs at UBC Botanical Garden, and Zahra Chan-Khan, is the Sustainability and Community Programming Assistant.
