This event is for Graduate Students and Postdocs in the Faculty of Medicine. We will meet at UBC Farm entrance gate and walk in the forest, connect in nature, and move mindfully. Hosted by the Graduate and Postdoctoral Education Office, led by Embedded Counsellor, Asmae El-Bouhali and Wellbeing Support Coordinator, Alisha Lettman.

 Accessibility information: This walk will take place on natural surfaces. While most of the path is accessible, there is some uneven terrain. Participants using mobility aids should exercise caution. Participants are welcome to bring service animals to the event. The event organizers will provide verbal descriptions of visual elements for participants with visual impairments.
