This February, UBC invited community members to explore ways of moving more for the benefit of their health.
Move UBC, aimed to shed light on how even a little movement can improve physical health, which in turn can reduce the risk of many preventable diseases.The campaign included a collection of events and resources to help you the community moving, and was coordinated by a number of campus partners in Vancouver and the Okanagan who are working collaboratively to support UBC Wellbeing.
