The first 30 Day Mindfullness Challenge was offered to 275 UBC staff and faculty in Vancouver (plus buddies) in February and March 2016. This collaboration between UBC Wellbeing, MindWell Canada, the Movember Foundation, and the UBC Sauder School of Business offered the virtual 30-Day Mindfulness Challenge as part of a larger study on mindfulness interventions in the workplace. This program ran until September 2022 and is no longer available.
