Whether you’re looking for ways to handle stress or simply want to boost your mental health, this booth is open to everyone – no prior experience needed! There is also the option to purchase a Care-O-Gram, which is a creative initiative where students can send a small care package (e.g., stress ball, tea, wellness tip) to a friend.
