Join MHAAC for a SPINCO indoor cycling ride for mental health - an energizing event to bring the UBCO community together to raise awareness about the importance of both physical and mental wellness. This 50-minute indoor cycling class offers a high-energy, low-impact workout on stationary bikes, led by an instructor and set to motivating, uplifting music. The instructor will guide participants through a variety of routines and intensity levels - including climbs, jogs, races, and sprints. The class is designed to be inclusive and accessible for all body types and fitness levels.
Registration opens on October 27! Tickets are $5 and can be purchased here.
This event is open to all UBCO students, faculty, and staff. You do not need to be a member of MHAAC to attend, though we encourage participants to consider signing up for membership through Rubric when purchasing a ticket.
All ticket proceeds will go toward funding educational and therapeutic programming for children and youth with diverse learning needs at Vista Academy.
