Get ready to kick off your Thrive journey and connect with our campus community through movement, culture, and wellbeing! Join UBC Recreation and Nyla Bedard for this Indigenous dance class, exploring powwow styles including Traditional, Jingle Dress, and Fancy Shawl. The session begins with a light warm-up, moves into learning dance steps, and ends with a cool down—providing a full-body workout that energizes the body and mind.
