Ergo Your Posture Session
Okanagan Campus | 10:15am–10:15amJoin us at 10am on Wednesdays for a live 15 minute Ergo Your Posture Session. We will go through a light set of exercises developed by Allan McGavin Physio to target some of the common postural concerns among office workers.
