Ergo your Posture


Okanagan Campus | 10:00am–10:15am

Join us at 10am on Wednesdays for a live 15 minute Ergo Your Posture Session. We will go through a light set of exercises developed by Allan McGavin Physio to target some of the common postural concerns among office workers.  Exercises can be done at your desk and should be kept within a comfortable range. No equipment required.  Sign up for a calendar invite.
