Dream appreciation for staff, faculty, and graduate students

Okanagan Campus | 11:30am–12:30pm

Each night, we have the opportunity to explore the world of dreams.

Join us to learn how to remember your dreams, how to distinguish between types of dreams, and how to appreciate your dreams.

In these sessions, the dream appreciation groups follows the model by Montague Ullman, a pioneer in community dreamwork practice.  As such, the group members will learn a quick technique to help you understand and appreciate your dreams.

To register, email roger.g.wilson@ubc.ca.
