Arts & Culture are fantastic ways to preserve and strengthen our community’s sense of place, build personal and cultural identity, and explore creativity. They provide so many opportunities to learn, relax, express ourselves, and connect with others. Plus, all of this has been shown to improve our mental health—while having a lot of fun!
