CBT for Sleep
Okanagan Campus | 6:30pm–8:00pm
Health & Wellness brings you "CBT for Sleep", a free, drop-in group that takes place over 4 weekly sessions. Using principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), participants can expect:
- to identify underlying causes of sleep disturbance,
- to manage the worries and racing thoughts that interrupt or prolong restful sleep,
- to establish a strong, positive association between bed and sleep,
- to create a relaxing sleep environment and other useful tools for ultimate rest and relaxation.
No registration necessary - open to all!
