Feeling like your arms and legs get all the attention in your workouts? Refocus your workout by burning calories with some cardio exercises and then strengthen your core—the often forgotten, but most important, part of your body that supports all the other muscles. Each class will be a little different but you’re sure to leave feeling equally as sweaty and strong.
