Meet outside the Library near Tim Hortons

Join Recreation's Move U Crew on a Campus walk on Wednesday, November 8th!

Starting outside the Library, the Move U Crew will lead participants down past the EME, near the pond and to the Learning Garden on campus. Here we will pause and follow a simple mindfulness practice

The program is free, but we do encourage participants to register.

This event is open to all students, faculty, and staff.
