Bums & Tums Workout

Okanagan Campus | 2:30pm–3:30pm

Need an extra push while you are at home? Push the coffee table aside and join Maria for our virtual bums and tums workout! These workouts are designed to be fun but also challenging! Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but be prepared to feel the burn!

Check out our website for more virtual fitness classes!
