Gear up for finals season by building your own self-care toolkit! Complete a quick self-assessment to determine the areas of wellness (emotional, environmental, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual) where you are thriving, as well as those that may need greater attention. You will be invited to construct a personalized self-care toolkit from items that will help you manage stress and promote rest and rejuvenation. This drop-in event is for all students, staff and faculty. Presented by Campus Wellness & Education.
