Build Your Own Yoga and Meditation Home Practice Workshop


Okanagan Campus | 5:00pm–6:30pm

Join the UBCO Yoga Club for a workshop on Building Your Own Yoga and Meditation Home Practice! Learn the tools you need to be able to build a successful home practice for yourself, to be used as a coping method for stress, for building strength and flexibility, or for being more intune with your own body by creating a consistent home practice! 

Doors open at 5pm for tea and snacks.

Workshop from 5:30-6:30pm in UNC 200.

Everyone is welcome.
